Fixer Services
I am Çiğdem Çipiloğlu Ulupınar — an independent fixer based between Istanbul and Bodrum, working with international film, TV and commercial productions across Turkey.
With a background in film and television production, I understand the pace, expectations and challenges of working with international crews on location.
I support productions with contributor sourcing, filming permits, location scouting, local crew coordination, and on-the-ground logistics — ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow from pre-production through to wrap.
I work closely with small, fast-moving crews, making sure shoots stay on track, on time, and stress-free on the ground.
As an independent fixer, I personally handle all aspects of the service, providing direct communication and dedicated support from start to finish.

Who I Am
I am a fixer and production support provider based between Istanbul and Bodrum, with long-term on-set experience in film, TV series and commercial productions.
My background allows me to understand both creative expectations and production realities, enabling me to act as a reliable local extension of international production teams.
I work directly with producers, line producers and directors, supporting them on the ground as their fixer in Turkey.
With extensive experience on professional sets, I bring a calm, proactive and detail-oriented approach. My priority is to keep productions on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly throughout the entire process.
Based in: Istanbul & Bodrum
Coverage: All regions of Turkey, with strong local knowledge in key production destinations including Bodrum, Marmaris, Fethiye, Antalya, Kaş, Alanya, Side, Denizli, Kuşadası, Didim, İzmir and Istanbul, as well as wider regions such as the Aegean, Mediterranean, Cappadocia, Southeast Anatolia and the Black Sea.
